Office Notice: Labor Day
Plymouth County Primary Care will be closed Friday, September 4th through Tuesday, September 8th for Labor Day weekend. We will reopen Wednesday, September 9th during normal business hours. Please use the patient portal for non-urgent messages or scheduling questions.

Vacation Closure
Plymouth County Primary Care will be closed July 27–31, 2026, and will reopen Monday, August 3.

Office Closure
Plymouth County Primary Care will be closed Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd in observance of the July 4th holiday. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th during our regular business hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
